Age group: U8/U10
Date of birth: 1 September 2016 – 31 August 2019
Who is it for?
Open to both boys and girls.
Suitable for all ability levels, from complete beginners to experienced players.
About the sessions
Focuses on:
Athletic development
Basketball fundamentals and skill improvement
Understanding the game
Personal growth and confidence
Sessions are held on half a court.
What to bring
Bring your own basketball if you have one.
If you don't have one, it's recommended to buy one as soon as possible.
Players are encouraged to practise regularly outside of class, as frequent ball handling is one of the best ways to improve.
