U12/U14 Basketball Sessions
Eligibility
Age groups: U12/U14
Date of birth: 1 September 2012 – 31 August 2016
Suitable for children aged 11–14 years.
About the sessions
Led by Basketball England Level 1–3 qualified coaches.
Players are actively involved for over 90% of each session, with very little waiting time.
The focus is on keeping training high-intensity and ensuring every player improves after each session.
What to bring
Bring your own basketball if you have one.
If you don't have one, it's recommended to buy one as soon as possible.
Players are encouraged to practise outside of weekly sessions, especially ball-handling, to accelerate their development.
