Venue Notes
This vast and flexible eight-court sports hall plays host to a huge variety of different sports and activities that are sure to suit all tastes. Whether you want to enjoy a game of badminton, table tennis, basketball, or five-a-side football, you’ll be able to do so here. With seating for up to 500 spectators, it’s also perfect for more organised sporting events.

Eligibility

Age groups: U14/U16
Date of birth: 1 September 2010 – 31 August 2014

Who is it for?

Open to both boys and girls.
Suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players.
Everyone is welcome—no invitation or assessment is required.

About the sessions

Aims to help players:
Improve athletic ability
Develop basketball skills
Build a better understanding of the game
Grow in confidence and personal development

What to bring

Bring your own basketball if you have one.
If you don't have one, it's recommended to buy one as soon as possible.
Regular practice outside of training is encouraged, especially ball-handling exercises.
