U16/U18 Girls Basketball Development Sessions
Eligibility
Age group: 15 - 18 years
Date of birth: 1 September 2008 – 31 August 2012
Who is it for?
Girls of all abilities who want to learn or improve their basketball skills.
Designed as an intermediate-level development session for players looking to progress.
About the sessions
Led by Basketball England Level 1–3 qualified coaches.
Focuses on developing basketball fundamentals, technical skills, and game understanding.
Provides a pathway into the London Knights U16 and U18 girls' competitive teams.
What to bring
Bring your own basketball if you have one.
If you don't have one, it's recommended to buy one as soon as possible.
Players are encouraged to practise outside of weekly sessions, especially ball handling, to continue improving.
