About the sessions
Led by Basketball England Level 1–3 qualified coaches
Sessions are designed to keep children highly active, with 90%+ participation time
Minimal queuing, with emphasis on maintaining appropriate intensity
Each child is expected to leave the session improved
Pathway
Sessions are held on Sundays
They feed into the London Knights BC U8 mixed competitive team pathway
What to bring
Bring your own basketball if available
If not, it is recommended to purchase one as soon as possible
Regular practice outside sessions is encouraged (more than once per week), especially ball-handling skills
