Age group: U9 (Year 3/4 children)

About the sessions
Led by Basketball England Level 1–3 qualified coaches
High activity sessions with 90%+ player involvement
Minimal queuing, with controlled intensity where needed
Each child is expected to leave the session improved

Sessions run on Sundays
Feed into the London Knights BC U8 mixed competitive team pathway
What to bring
Bring your own basketball if available
If not, it is recommended to purchase one as soon as possible
Players are encouraged to practise more than once per week, especially ball-handling skills
