LONDON KNIGHTS CBL U19 TEAM sessions in the King Solomon Academy every Friday. 90 minute training session in the Sports Hall. Organized, supervised training session, refereed, and coached 5-5 full-court Basketball.
U19 team will take part in the FBL league, playing matches on selected Fridays. Game 1 tipoff at 6.00pm; game 2 tipoff at 7.45pm.

BRING YOUR OWN BALL to training session if you have one or buy one at your earliest convenience. Basketball should be practiced more than once a week, ball should be handled as much as possible.
