IMPORTANT: Kensington LC has one Saturday and one Sunday per each quarter when they allow the third party to run the whole day event in the sports hall. We are informed beforehand and never include those dates in your training schedule!!! less

Sessions for children 11-14 years old, run by Level 1 to 3 Basketball England coaches. Our children are actively involved in training sessions over 90% of the time. We do not promote queuing aside where intensity is kept on low. Every child 'must leave' better off after each session.
BRING YOUR OWN BALL to training session if you have one or buy one at your earliest convenience. Basketball should be practiced more than once a week, ball should be handled as much as possible.
