Sessions run by Level 1 to 3 Basketball England coaches. Our children are actively involved in training session over 90% of the time. We do not promote queuing aside where intensity is kept on low. Every child 'must leave' better off after each session. Sessions run on Sundays and feed later to London Knights BC U8 mixed competitive team. BRING YOUR OWN BALL to training session if you have one or buy one at your earliest convenience. Basketball should be practiced more than once a week, ball should be handled as much as possible.
