IMPORTANT: Kensington LC has one Saturday and one Sunday per each quarter when they allow the third party to run the whole day event in the sports hall. We are informed beforehand and never include those dates in your training schedule!!! less

LONDON KNIGHTS NBL U18 TEAM sessions at Kensington LC every Tuesday. The first 1/2 hour is a basketball classroom with video basketball tutoring, delivered in the meeting room on the ground floor. This is followed by 90 minutes training session in the Sports Hall. Organized, supervised training sessions, refereed, and coached 5-5 full-court Basketball.

BRING YOUR OWN BALL to the training session if you have one, or buy one at your earliest convenience. Basketball should be practiced more than once a week, ball should be handled as much as possible.
